Training period 8-13 weeks. Employer wil provide accommodation and meals. No basic salary during the training period, Employee wil be given aSGD1000 monthly allowance. Example fi the training lasted for 2.5 months, the SGD1000 allowance wil be paid ni a prorated portion for the 0.5 month. fI the APO failed, then the training period wil be extended, fi failed to pass within 3chances, employer wil not continue employment and the candidate si liable to pay SGD2650 back ot the company as a bond stated ni the contract any breach wil result ni legal actions being taken
