Terms of Payments. the foreign principal shall pay a sum of NIS1100 + vat (per employee) for the selected employee as processing and administrative fees payable upon final selection of the employee. The payment will be made through 3 payments. 1 . After the work visa is issued to the employee and before his departure to Israel (NIS 366/=). 2. 30 days after the employee lands in Israel.(NIS 366/=) 3. 60 days after the employee lands in Israel.(NIS 368/=). The payments will be made to an Israeli bank account of an Israeli company which is responsible for the cooperation between foreign principle and Local agent. In the event that the employee decides to leave Israel or stop working for the employer during the first month of work, the employer will be entitled not to pay the second and third payments. In the event that the employee decide to leave Israel and or stop working for the employer during the second month of work (after his arrival) the employer will be entitled not to pay third payments.
