  Remarks: The payment details below include all the cost of the recruitment agency, with the exception of the cost of the professional screenings which will be organized and paid by the Association of Builders of the Land. a. The payment to the recruiting agency will be made in 3 equal and consecutive payments, with the first payment being made after 7 days of work at the construction site, and the other payments being made every 15th of the month following the first payments. b. It is hereby clarified that the payments for the recruitment fee for employees from Sri Lanka is in the amount of 1,000NIS in 3 installments detailed above. c. It is clarified that if the foreign worker stop working with the corporation within a period of the first 3 months of work, starting from the date of his arrival in Israel for any reason , the recruitment agency will not be entitled to the full payments and it will be paid to it proportionally to the period of employment of the foreign worker with the corporation. By singing this agreement , this recruitment agency waives in advance any claim of any kind against the corporation d. By transferring the sum specified above and /or the relative portion in the event of the employee leaving the corporation during the first 3 months, the corporation has disregard its obligations towards the recruitment agency to make the payment.Food allawance NIS 350/=
